At Zeevale, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the procedures, conditions, and timelines for canceling your purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our Return and Refund Policy to return the item after delivery.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:

Include your order number and details in your cancellation request. We will confirm whether your order can be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 pm will be processed the next business day. To maximize the chance of successful cancellation, please contact us promptly.

  • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted for orders that have already been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for returning the item.
