2. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

3. How long will delivery take?

Transit times typically take 4-7 business days, making the total delivery time 5-10 business days from the date your order is processed.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. Shipping is completely free under our shipping method, Free Shipping.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

6. What if my package is damaged during delivery?

If your package is damaged, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Return processing time is 7 days after we receive your returned item. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Can I return items in-store?

No, all returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

9. Is there a restocking fee?

No, there is no restocking fee. Returns are free for qualifying items, aside from the cost of shipping if the return is due to a customer error.
